Anybody who answers the phone can help you. We take a team approach to serving you, so we have no secretaries or receptionists to use as a barrier between us and our customers.

In order to begin, we need a roadmap from you. If you are purchasing a home, the contract is the roadmap. If you are refinancing property that you already own, the loan application is the best roadmap. Kindly fax to us at 301-562-9127.

If you have any questions regarding the contract or loan application, feel free to call us at (301) 562-9101, or contact us through this website.

Our clients are buyers, sellers, developers, and borrowers. However, our official role requires us to be neutral as it relates to the transaction that we are facilitating. This is an important and often misunderstood distinction. Our legal obligation is to the contract (the transaction itself), in that we are the people who are charged with seeing that your contract is completed as agreed. In this capacity, we do not represent either the buyer or the seller. We do however have a fiduciary obligation to the buyer, to the seller and to the Lender in our role as escrow agent. In short, we are providing a service for you, but we represent the transaction.

If you are a buyer or a seller who is working with a realtor, then the realtor is acting as your agent and represents you. You also have the option of retaining legal counsel to represent you.

Your check should be a cashier's check if it will be for more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). Otherwise, a personal check will generally be acceptable. We are also able to receive electronic transfers (bank wires).
