For sellers, about 30 minutes. For buyers, 60-75 minutes. If you are refinancing, 45-60 minutes. These are estimates only, of course. Actual times may vary.

In order to begin, we need a roadmap from you. If you are purchasing a home, the contract is the roadmap. If you are refinancing property that you already own, the loan application is the best roadmap. Kindly fax to us at 301-562-9127.

FROM DOWNTOWN DC: North on 16th St., NW past East-West Highway then turn a slight right onto Spring St., take the next right at 2nd Ave. past the Post Office and right again onto Fenwick Lane.

BY METRO: Take the Red Line (towards Glenmont) to Silver Spring Station. Walk through the "Metro Plaza" arcade, which is viewable from the Metro platform, take a left onto 2nd Ave. and then another left two blocks up onto Fenwick Lane. We are located in Fenwick Professional Park. It is a 5-minute walk.

From I-495 Capital Beltway (West): From I-495 W. take the US-29 S. Colesville Road exit number 30B towards Silver Spring, merge onto Colesville Road heading South for 1.7 miles then turn right onto 2nd Ave. (McDonald's Restaurant is on this corner) go two blocks and make a left onto Fenwick Lane. From I-495 Capital Beltway (East): From I-495 E. take the MD-97 S. Georgia Ave. exit number 31B towards Silver Spring, merge onto Georgia Ave. heading South for 1.6 miles then turn right onto Fenwick Lane, drive two blocks and take a right onto 2nd Ave. and then an immediate left onto Fenwick Lane.
